My research focuses on consciousness from a neuroscience point of view. My main questions are:
- What are the brain mechanisms allowing us to consciously perceive information in the external world?
- How spontaneous brain activity can give rise to the consciousness of our thoughts?
- How does our sense of agency (the felling that we are at the origin of our voluntary actions) arise?
To explore these questions, I use a combination of methods including EEG/MEG, IA/machine learning, brain stimulation, psychophysics and microphenomenology
