Le(a) zootechnicien-ne sera affecté-e à l'animalerie commune du CRNL. Il (elle) sera sous l'autorité hiérarchique de la responsable de l'animalerie et du directeur du CRNL et exercera ses missions au sein d'une équipe composée de 5 personnels techniques.

L’équipe Codage et Mémoire olfactive (CMO CRNL) recrute un ingénieur pour une première mission de 4 mois (éventuellement renouvelable) à compter du mois de Septembre.

Dans le cadre de son projet de recherche, notre équipe recueille des signaux neurophysiologiques cérébraux en lien avec des tâches comportementales de perception et de mémorisation impliquant des stimuli odorants, chez l’Homme comme chez l’animal.
Nous avons déjà développé certains outils d’analyse de ces signaux. La mission de l’ingénieur recruté sera :
1) D’optimiser leur implémentation et leur utilisation afin de faciliter et accélérer le traitement des données
2) D’intégrer d’autres analyses : étude de la cohérence, analyse des interactions cross-fréquentielles, etc).

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated post-doc for 2 years to work with us at the Lyon Neuroscience Research Center (CRNL). The CRNL is a multidisciplinary leading neuroscience institute integrating 18 teams and aiming at a comprehensive understanding of brain functions with a constant effort of translating research to clinic or societal improvements. 

You will study the neural mechanisms of learning from errors and identity neural targets to modulate such learning. State-of-the-art neuroimaging technics (MEG, EEG, MRI, intracranial recordings), brain stimulation methods (TMS, tDCS) behavioral equipment (eye-tracker) and high-computing cluster will be available.

 

The CRNL (450 members,18 teams, 9 platforms) brings together multidisciplinary expertise in the study of the brain and associated pathologies, with a multi-scale (from cell to behaviour) and translational (from laboratory to patient) approach.
The position is to be filled within the IMPACT team, in support of three researchers and their students, working on cognition and the brain, in parallel in humans and non-human primates.

 

The technician recruited will work within the GenCyTi platform and more specifically on the NGFO (functional neurogenetics) platform. He (she) will actively participate in the projects of the different teams of the Center that wish to develop novel molecular and cellular biology tools.
His/her role will be to provide technical assistance in collaboration with his/her colleague from INSERM at IE responsible for the platform and supervising these projects. He (she) will have the task of cloning and amplifying transgenes adapted to the various projects. He (she) will have to carry out several projects in parallel according to the needs of the teams.

 

The aim of the thesis will be to demonstrate that PET, MRI and high-resolution ultrasound (fUS) neuroimaging allows the exploration of neuroglial networks in order to understand their molecular, cellular and functional contributions to pharmacological processes.
